When people ask me 'What I Do' I tell them that I am a Travelpreneur, A Positivity Enthusiast, A Reader,a blogger & A Writer...oh and a Mum, a Wife, a Daughter, a Tour Operator, A Small Business Owner & Consultant, Sports Fanatic, Shopaholic....You don't want to get stuck in a lift an ask me for my elevator spiel!

 

My goal in life is to help people to improve their health and happiness. The Tourism and Travel industry floats my boat. I believe in the restorative powers of holidaying and travel and enjoy helping people to achieve their travel dreams.  Travel allows us to build self-confidence and a sense of where we belong in the world. It also highlights the importance of connectivity and finding your own space to be.

 

The concept of this website comes from formal and informal study into positive psychology, mindfulness and happiness. Research into a healthy mind shows the most significant characteristic of happiness is Gratitude.
